A Sierra Summer, what more could you want?
Any excuse to write it a third time is a good one, A Sierra Summer from Bristol's biggest export has been huge, we are all here for it and let's re-live it all in one place. How good is that?
Following on from the bands' heavy successes of the "Screaming Into The Void" EP launch and the launch night's sell-out gig, Sierra embarked on a series of summer gigs across Bristol's various wonderful venues: including The Louisiana, Crofters Rights and The Exchange. Providing both headline and support slots to other fantastic bands across the Bristol scene.
The band also helped push merch by further copies of the EP and T-shirt range being requested by many.
Towards the end of summer, we saw the band take part in a session with the lovely Woodbox Sessions people. This compiled with a series of tracks being recorded and taped in a live and staged setting resulting in a top-of-the-range live video. After this long stint, the band re-entered the studio with exciting plans to record and release certain songs which you may have been lucky enough to hear live first. This is now in the planning for an early to mid 2023 movement as the band lowers the gears into the autumn and festive season.

Catch the band hit the stage later this year at the Frome Independent Market on the first weekend of December, final dates and times will appear and be displayed closer to the time on our socials.
